About West Angeles Church of God in Christ
At West A, we believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and, God the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God and that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
We strive to be compassionate in our love, excellent in our service, holy in our living, and passionate and reverent in our worship. God requires a relationship with us; and we desire relationships with others. God doesn't intend for us to do life alone.
We are a Biblical ministry of Excellence. Our ministry is designed to encourage life transformation through our threefold purpose: to Evangelize, Edify, and Equip the whole person to serve the community, and to reach the world for Jesus Christ.
You’ll experience the joy of giving back by participating in a variety of activities, organized groups and worship services. You will be nurtured, and you will have a chance to nurture others through our ministries and outreach programs.

We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.
We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for Him.

The Heart Behind The Mission
We know that our love is an action. Reaching people outside the four walls of our church is vital at West Angeles. Ministry takes place in church, at home, in small groups, in the real world. We embrace the opportunity to show love any chance we get.
