We're partnering with Alzheimer's LA to host a special screening and discussion of Holding the Pieces a 3-part series that shows a Black family navigating the impact of Alzheimer's on their family, with love.
Following the screening, join us for a group discussion! We'll cover some of the warning signs, getting a diagnosis, denial, family dynamics, the sacrifice of caregiving, care and support.

About the Film
HOLDING THE PIECES is a 3-part series that shows a Black family finding strength in every memory as they discover that Alzheimer’s doesn’t define them—love does.
When Rose Yelder—a beloved mother and grandmother—begins showing signs of memory loss, her family is faced with difficult questions and emotional challenges as they navigate the healthcare system searching for answers.
